A steel framed house built in place of a derelict coach house in Barnes, London. The site idiosyncrasies included party walls on 2.5 sides making fenestration very difficult. Planning permission, including two roof terraces, obtained after two failed planning applications and a lost appeal by others. Bright and airy live-work type accommodation with three bedrooms at ground level and a large, bright first floor studio room. Aspen panelling used externally, on stair spine wall, and on the underside of the curved roof. .
